Gary and Janice Graham opened Liverpool Pool & Spa for business in 1986. Liverpool and the surrounding area was an easy choice. Gary Graham has been installing and servicing in-ground pools since 1968. His experience gave the new company immediate credibility. The company's first location, on Route 57 in Liverpool, a small 2000 sq. ft. rented store. In 1988, Liverpool Pool & Spa widened the scope of business to include, above ground pools, portable spas, and added additional service technicians. 

In 1989, the company broke ground on a 2 acre facility on Route 31 in Baldwinsville. This location now houses our current warehouse and business offices.  In 1990, the company received the first of three national awards, from Aqua magazine as "Aqua 100 Award" winner for building and retail excellence nationwide.

In 1992, the company received the "Award of Excellence" from Fort Wayne Pool Manufacturing, for customer service and building excellence. Fort Wayne pools has retained Gary Graham on several occasions to help with the instruction of new dealers regarding the proper installation of in-ground pools.

In 1993, the company created their "Pool Park" displaying in-ground and above ground pools spas and gazebos. This area allows customers to see completely working pools and spas and imagine the possibilities in their own backyards.

In 1995, the company received their second "Aqua 100 Award" for building and retail excellence nationwide. In 1996 the company received the same award again!

In 1997, the company was named the number one dealer in the entire Northeast by Dimension One Spas for customer service and sales. In 1998 the company received their second award from Dimensions One Spas the "Award of Excellence", naming them the number one dealer in the entire Northeast for Customer Service.

In 1999 and 2000, the company again was named number one dealer in the entire Northeast by Dimension One Spas for customer service and total sales.

In 2002, Liverpool Pool & Spa proudly announces the opening of its second location! Liverpool Pool & Spa East is located on Manlius Center Road / Bridge Street in East Syracuse. Our new store will offer patio furniture, above ground pools, spas, water testing and chemicals. We are very excited about this new opportunity and invite you to stop by and visit!

In 2003, Liverpool Pool & Spa announces the opening of its' third location!  Liverpool Pool & Spa North will now be located on the corner of Wetzel Road and Route 57.  The old store on Route 31 will serve as our business offices and service location.   The new Liverpool Pool & Spa North offers an above ground pool park and indoor aboveground pool.  Also there is a full display of our patio furniture and Spas along with water testing and chemicals.  Stop on by and see our new location!

As you can see Liverpool Pool & Spa has grown steadily from its conception in 1986, with just three people operating the business. Today, we are still a family owned and operated company. We are proud to help with local job opportunities and employ about 50 people both seasonal and full-time. The growth of Liverpool Pool & Spa has allowed us to have the best employees in the area, and to become a full service company attending to all pool and spa needs.
